The Grand Me Customer Loyalty Scheme allows Grand Me Cardholders to accumulate points on purchases from Grand Hypermarket, Costo Supermarkets & Grand Fresh Kuwait.
Cards are issued free of charge. Only one card per customer. Points are visible via the Grand Hyper Mobile Application and through Customer Care. Enrollment is available in-store or through the online option provided by Grand.

⭐ How Points Are Earned
Every 1 KWD spent earns a minimum of 1 Grand Me Point.
Higher points may be available during special promotions.
Excluded categories: mobile phones, and heavy household goods.
Points are awarded only when the Grand Me Card or linked Mobile Number is presented before final settlement at the POS.

Minimum 100 Grand Me Points required to redeem for 1 KD discount.
Only one redemption request accepted per day per cardholder.
Redeemed points cannot be converted back to Grand Me Points.
Reward selections are non-returnable once submitted.
⚠️ Key Points to Remember
Always present your Grand Me Card or linked Mobile Number BEFORE final payment — points cannot be awarded retroactively.
Points are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Points stop accruing after 24 months of inactivity.
Minimum 100 points required to redeem. Only one redemption per day.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted back once redeemed.
Grand Hypermarket's decision on all matters relating to Grand Me Points is final and binding.
