Overview: Fresh large tuna with firm, meaty pink-red flesh, perfect for grilling steaks, searing, sushi-style preparations and tuna curry. Usage: Cut into steaks. Sear hot and fast for medium-rare or grill with marinades. Also suitable for curries. Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0-4°C and consume within 24 hours, or freeze at -18°C for up to 2 months.
